Quite an impressive resume, huh? I was thinking that Aruba should hire Kevin. They really need a professional to help them fix this sound problem of theirs.
Aruba needs to just stop pumping gas and start installing mirrors and geothermal pipelines instead of gas. Just a thought. I like wind turbines as well.
Geothermal, I've read a little about it...so, how much you like it? Wind turbines are SO FREAKIN' awesome! Our county is gonna buy one to run the jail and the hospital...we're SOOOO Kewel!
Well, since they've already done the hard work of drilling, all they gotta do is put a pipe that runs water deep down to heat it up and use the resulting steam to run turbines. So it's not like they'd lose money doing it, AND they'd still be providing power. Seems like a win-win, but since it makes sense, they won't do it.
Ugh, I wish OUR county would do it. My mom did mention that she'd like to take the government up on solar power tax credits and put solar panels on our roof!!! My mom is the best! You should look into it as well! It pretty much pays for itself you know. Doesn't a $15 utility bill sound amazing?
I have looked into Solar Panels, but I must be looking in the wrong place, because the price quoted to me was about $40,000! That's more than I paid for more house! I do know that if my water heater goes out, I'm going to go with solar heater thingy...I read about it somewhere and I know want to do it. Some instances, they can use your existing water heater...you don't even have to buy a new one! If I get a teaching job in a real school (oh, one day...I hope to be a real boy) then I'm gonna start making some "green" conversions to the home.
Whaaaaat!? Maybe you were lookin at the high tech stuff? Psh, the max we were quoted (for the sun-tracking crazy ones) was $11K. Well. Maybe my mom just provides me false info, lol.
I LOVE the solar water heater idea!!! I wanna do that too! I saw it on discovery and went nutzo for it.
A real school, hahahahahaha. I went to a "real" school and it's prolly not any better, ha!
I wanna be rich so I can pretty much just go off the grid totally. Except for mail and such, haha.
I am the sort of guy who loves to taste revolutionary things. Right now I am making my personalized solar panels. I'm making it all by myself without the help of my staff. I am utilizing the net as the only way to acheive that. I ran across a really awesome site which explains how to create pv panels and wind generators. The web site explains all the steps required to solar panel construction.
I'm not sure bout how precise the data given there is. If some experts over here who have experience with these things can have a look and give your feedback in the thread it would be grand and I'd extremely treasure it, because I extremely passion solar panel construction.
Dear Anon, I'm thinking the only one of us who might be able to help is our resident genius, Jovan. But atlas, you did not provide the thread nor the website link. :(
Who says over 40 is over the hill? I enjoy listening to great music from all decades and genres, walking hand in hand with the one I love and nurturing the two smartest funnest kids ever! Although I'm not a native of West Texas, I've been here long enough to know the drill. HOT, WINDY and DESOLATE! So, that's why you'll find me and the kids heading out to some of our favorite hangs out...these places would include mild temperatures, mild winds and lush landscapes! I stick around because one day I'm hoping the Permian Basin will be underwater once again, and then I'll have beach front property! :D

Aruba needs to flush and start over. ;-)
Wouldn't that just leave a nasty ring?
